Sam over at Taking on a World of Words has taken over hosting WWW Wednesday from MizB.
It’s all about, what we are: Currently Reading, Just Finished Reading and Reading Next
This WWW Wednesday features books from authors Anne Jolin, Jane Costello and Sophie Jordan. I think I’ve only read books by Jordan, so Costello was a pleasant surprise and I’m on the fence about Jolin.
I’m not fully sure how I feel about Anne Jolin’s Chasing Rhodes. Since it’s the first time I’m reading anything by Anne Jolin, I’ll wait to pass judgment until I’ve actually finished the book.
Personally, I found that its a bit juvenile at times and got steamy too quickly.
Recently Finished Reading
I think I’m going to check out some more of Jane Costello’s books, The Nearly-Weds was a fun read.
Zoe Moore was jilted at the altar by her fiancé, who she is still in love with. So, what does she do? She hops the pond from England to America to be a nanny for Mr. Ryan Miller.
Is it me or are the authors from New Zealand, Australia, and Europe have the best sense of humour that translates in their writing in the best way possible??
Wild is the third installment of Sophie Jordan’s The Ivy Chronicles. It’s been a while since I read the other two but I enjoyed them immensely so I’m looking forward to reading Georgia and Logan’s story.

I’m glad Nearly-weds was fun. The way you describe it sounds like the TV show Friends with Ross and Emily (I’m currently binge watching, haha). Happy reading and thanks for participating in WWW Wednesday!
